Blue Cross Blue Shield is the largest Health Insurance provider in NC. We have developed the Business Objects reports for CRM application using Business Objects 6.5. These reports are developed on DSS database; Ab-Initio, Data Integrator is used for ETL jobs. This Data Warehouse application is developed to reduce the load on existing Siebel Application Data base and to improve the performance of the reports. These reports are broadly categorized as Ad-Hoc, Weekly, Monthly reports. These reports are playing major role in improving the business of BCBSNC.

It facilitates users to observe the day-to-day transactions of members (Stock Brokers). We had developed VBA macros to give the better user interface in the reports.
